Palisades Fire 2025

Here are some aerial photos of the remains of our family’s home on Bestor Boulevard. Also some photos of the homes of my life-long friends Dave Jones and Mark Schwinge

That’s the remains of our pool near the center.
Perhaps the most striking shot – Mark’s Whitfield home still standing. The black icons denote damage, the red destroyed.
Remarkably Dave’s house was undamaged even though it was on the direct perimeter of the chaparral. Must’ve been the landmark hill behind the we spent so many days climbing.
Mark’s Berea Place home was also destroyed.
